Chemical Sales Executive
Responsible for achieving agreed commercial targets. This will include growth of all Haz Waste regional accounts, to ensure all developed business accounts are fully operational against all KPI’s and SLA’s, monitoring of all aspect of the overall profitability of shared identified developed and new accounts, MI and Invoice information is submitted on time and accurate, Bad Debt to be managed to ensure that all invoices are paid on time. To ensure budgeted margin levels are achieved. Identify and implement business strategies to enable New Business growth.
1 To deliver and exceed on budgetary targets
2 To ensure performance metrics in place to track account performance, profitability and growth
3 To develop the strategic growth plans via the introduction of all services offered by Hazardous waste
4 To consolidate and produce weekly/ monthly sales reports
5 To track and monitor all managed accounts within your region and support bid management at retender stage.
6 To monitor and ensure company standards/policies are strictly adhered to
7 To liaise regularly with the Commercial Sales Manager, to determine and measure the performance against KPI’s & SLA’s of all identified growth accounts
8 To drive and win new business from dedicated region in line with I&C utilising all hazardous waste offerings.
9 To communicate market intelligence to the business whilst supporting innovation within sales & product development.
10 To maintain an accurate and credible pipeline to ensure target results are delivered.
Minimum of 3 years field sales or account management experience in the Chemical Industry.
Hazardous waste industry knowledge
Communication and presentation skills to be a good communicator and able to present all levels
Full clean driving licence
Prepared to travel to other locations as and when required to attend meetings
