Our client a leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Pharmaceutical Process Associate to join their team. Knowledge of downstream activities/manufacturing, GMP, automated manufacturing techniques, and the pharma industry are necessary.
 
The Role
 
Perform the manufacturing activities involved in the fill and finish of the product
Execute simple preventative maintenance on manufacturing process equipment to minimise unplanned downtime.
Support the execution of qualification protocols (by operating equipment) to maintain the qualified status of equipment.
Support the execution of validation protocols (by operating equipment) to maintain the validated state of processes
Support the monitoring and maintenance of the facility and direct utilities to meet the required compliant status
Participate in process monitoring and Operational Excellence initiatives related to Green Belt Projects
Support the maintenance of a constant state of inspection readiness.
 
Education Requirements:
 
For this role we need someone with the relevant experience (downstream, GMP, advanced manufacturing techniques...) and have interest in expanding your skill set. Other requirements include -
 
Manufacturing/technical experience and competency associated with cGMP Aseptic Filling Facilities
Candidate must have practical downstream experience such as column chromatography, dialysis, and tangential flow filtration.
Due to the manufacturing process we require candidates with small batch size protein experience – 100ml-150ml
Knowledge of cGMP documentation completion and procedure writing
Commitment, motivation and ownership of plant and systems
Knowledge of both MHRA and FDA regulations and guidelines
Computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and SAP
