The Role
Opportunity to work with a respected Global Business Equipment Manufacturer.
Coordinating the development, growth and performance of company initiatives – communicate with the local community, engage schools
To support the HR and payroll departments. Running with adhoc HR duties including right to work checks, referencing…
Assist in the running of payroll and performing any other adhoc duties
Develop in-house story boards with the aid of the senior management teams. Ensuring that the local and global policies are disseminated in fun and engaging way 

• Updating the Time and Attendance system
• Inputting/filing holiday requests/Flexi /Return to work forms etc.
• Training on the internal payroll system
• Various administrative tasks across HR & Finance
• Being able to use Email, Word and Excel spreadsheets

Full training will be given, but the successful applicant will require good organisational skills, be a clear communicator and can handle sensitive

In this role, the candidate may have opportunities to travel within Europe and the UK

The nature of the role requires someone educated to degree level or higher in Business or HR (BA, BSc, MA… Chartered Member of the CIPD or equivalent relevant qualification)
Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines, as part of a team as well as on one’s own initiative.
Good IT skills, in particular - the ability to conduct research…)
Driving license will be required as visiting the European Sales Headquarters will take place from time to time.
