Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Engineering / Manufacturing company in their search for an experienced Marketing Manager to work in their leading facility in Shropshire.
To ensure that the working conditions on multiple construction projects are favourable, safe and legally compliant.
Preparing reviewing method statements and risk assessments.
To ensure compliance with national standards and legislation.
Ensuring that tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
Bringing together staff of different disciplines to develop and deliver a training plan
To receive and process inquiries from external customers up to the point of quotation.
To liaise with customers, suppliers and operational department to ensure business objectives are met.
To manage an ISO 9001 and safe contractor accreditation
To uphold a professional image of the Company whilst liaising with clients, suppliers or legal bodies.
To maintain compliance of the Health and Safety at Work Act
To generate monthly reports on compliance
To maintain effective records
To attend monthly meetings to discuss Health and Safety, compliance and operational issues
To report, monitor and advise the senior management team of any major discrepancies to the above
