Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company based near Chester in their search for a Administrator to work in their leading facility in Cheshire on a temporary to permanent basis.

 

£18000 - £19000 P/A depending on experience

 

Role

  • Work on numerous admin projects for differing departments 
  • Build relationships with potential clients from leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients to secure further opportunities to quote
  • General Sales Enquiries, answer and process inbound sales calls and emails and forward to the correct team member.
  • Quotations - Assist in the preparation and sending of quotations, assist with tender submissions etc.
  • Sales Orders - Process customer sales orders and update MRP System, liaise with finance for payment processing and credit control.
  • Write the week report
  • Annual - Assist in the QA customer satisfaction survey.

Requirements 

  • Previous administration experience from a manufacturing company.
  • Being able to use CRM systems.
  • Experience in use of outlook, excel, word, CRM, MRP Systems.
