Laboratory Sales Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our clients sales support team at the Hawarden site.
This role is designed to provide assistance to the current Sales Support and Field Sales departments in ensuring excellence in all service provided to customers.
Help in maintaining and updating internal laboratory information systems.
Helping with compiling quotes and tenders with the support of the wider sales team.
Intercompany trading and sub-contracting to manage a client solution to various client
Helping to keep audit trails in relation to customer testing requirements and
Administration and telephone work
Developing excellent working relationships with customers through the provision of
high quality proactive support.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a scientific background or a working knowledge of laboratory processes. As such a Science Degree or similar is preferred, but not absolutely essential. Admin experience is essential, along with…
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
Professional and flexible approach to work with a firm focus on the customer
Effective communication skills both written & verbally
Experience with working with various IT systems including MS Office
Ability to multi-task and respond to a dynamic working environment.
Project management skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
